Everyone eats well.

A package is a flat-price order that feeds a group. You’re ordering for the table, not by the head. The Party Pack is built for 10–15 people — and with an extra couple pounds of protein on the side, it stretches comfortably to 20.

8 pounds of hickory
smoked perfection.

4 lbs Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket — hand-trimmed, smoked low and slow at 185°F. Rich, tender, and full of flavour. This is the centrepiece.

4 lbs Smokehouse Pulled Pork — fork-tender and crowd-pleasing. Goes further per pound and pairs beautifully with the brisket. Kids love it, adults go back for seconds.

That’s roughly 4 ounces of each protein per person — generous sandwich portions with room to spare.
