With a per-person menu, you order by headcount — 12 people, 30 people, 60 people. Every guest gets the same generous plate, perfectly portioned. The price scales with the number of guests, so you only pay for exactly what you need.

Compared to a flat-price package like the Party Pack ($360, feeds 10–15), per-person ordering gives you precise control over the headcount. Great when you know exactly how many people are coming.

Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket — 4 ounces of our flagship. Hand-trimmed, smoked at 185°F. Served as sliders so every bite is the perfect ratio of meat to bun.

Smokehouse Pulled Pork — 4 ounces of fork-tender pork. Low and slow, crowd-pleasing. Two slider buns per person, so guests can build one of each.
